Like the restaurant, the cookbook is a family project of sorts. Family recipes are shared by Ricardo's mother while photographs were contributed by Ricardo's cousins Santino Matrundola & Tony Veltri. The book contains over 55 mouth-watering recipes that capture the essence of Italian home cooking.
